About
The High Mountain Herd leads a fairly traditional lifestyle, with only mares being welcome under Aleus' stern watch. However; he views himself solely as a leader, not partner, to his members.

The High Mountain Herd lives in the frosted peaks of a brown stone mountain. The terrain is rocky, with wirey juniper trees and low shrubs lining the lower areas, and only thin layers of lichen in the higher elevations. The summers are mild, and the winters are harsh. The herd sticks to indentations in the cliffsides and caves to rest, foraging in good weather, and descending to the foothills in the winter to avoid the harshest weather.
